Kazana, Front Desk Attendant, was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. After meeting her the first stay I decided to stay there again due to her professionalism. It was a pleasure getting to meet her. She is a great asset to that particular Comfort Suites. Keep up the good job.
The staff was very helpful the breakfast had it going on and the young lady that did the breakfast made sure that nothing ran out so if you are ever in texarkana arkansas this is the place to come I give it 5 stars and more keep up the good work God Bless.
Very clean! This hotel is kind of old, so there was a little shabbiness, but that was overlookable because everything was spotless. The beds and pillows were comfy and the room had all that wee needed. But best of all, the staff went above and beyond. They were friendly and helpful. When my daughter left her phone in the room to go run an errand, I called the front desk to see if she had left yet, and the young woman at the desk actually offered to go after her and then she did! Wow! As we were leaving in the morning, the front desk clerk offered to print a receipt for me and jumped right up to get it. These days, just getting requests met is good, so having these two kind people offer their help was refreshing. Recommend 10/10
Mostly clean room (stain on couch that I covered with a towel) otherwise it was pretty clean. Decent enough breakfast (ends at 9am tho), had a room on 1st floor and at the end of the hallway this time so it made trips to go have a smoke very convenient. The maid was a very nice lady, got us squared away with toiletries and whatnot quickly and without hassle.
The hot breakfest was so good. The ladies at the front desk were super friendly. The only complaint I have is room 414 had no where to hang clothes. But the king size bed was comfortable and the bathtub was clean.
A great hotel for the price. Everything was clean, great water pressure, great full breakfast. My only complaint would be the bed is hard. That’s the only reason I gave 4stars instead of 5. Would stay again if ever back in the area
We stayed here on a Saturday night to Sunday morning it was absolutely wonderful I'd like to give the front desk lady in the morning Sunday morning at five star also the breakfast cook as well the five star they were amazing! The food was also amazing!
We stayed at this property with points. The girl at check in, I believe her name was Autumn was awesome. The breakfast was definitely next level for a free breakfast and the girl working the breakfast was clearly on top of things.
